Broadway time!

Queridos padres y apoderados, en esta ocasión vamos a transportarnos a "Broadway", que es el lugar mas musical de Estados Unidos. 

Les voy a presentar dos videos, en el cual quiero que se enfoquen en los colores aprendidos (además escucharán dos colores mas dentro de estas dos canciones que podrán agregar a su vocabulario). La canción es muy simple, a si que tienen la libertad de cantarla con sus niños y así animarlos a participar también. 

Actividad 1:

Después de haber visto el primer video, podrán realizar la siguiente actividad. Consiste en escribir en una hoja de papel (que luego la tendrán que entregar al profesor) todo lo que observen de acuerdo a los colores dichos en el video.

Luego tendrán que hacer lo mismo con el segundo video en una hoja de papel diferente.

Por ejemplo: "I can see a pink car and a pink butterfly. I can see a pink tree and a store pink" " I can see a many orange things, a carrot, a tiger, a basket ball" (esto corresponde al video dos). 

Actividad 2: 

Después de haber visto, identificado objetos y colores, además de comprender y recordar lo que hemos visto antes tendrán que crear en familia un cuento donde mencionen algunos de los colores y los animales que vimos en la entrada anterior. 

El cuento tendrá máximo 20 líneas y deberán agregar alguna imagen relacionado al cuento que ustedes crearán. El tema es libre y podrán trabajar en conjunto con sus familias incluyendo las ideas de todos ellos. 

Actividad 3: 

Para finalizar, el cuento creado lo deberán actuar junto a sus niños y lo deberán grabar. Tiene como fin interactuar entre ustedes usando el Inglés en un contexto mas cómodo y adecuado para sus hijos.

Animals

Bienvenida

Queridos padres y apoderados, en esta primera entrada le doy la bienvenida a ustedes a participar en esta nueva etapa de sus hijos para aprender un nuevo idioma, el Inglés.

En este caso, veremos la unidad "3" que tiene de título "Animals" y aprenderemos los nombres de los diferentes animales, cómo escribirlos, el uso de "a/an" articles y el uso de "it is/ it is not", agregando materia pasada como los colores.

Un pequeño resumen de los colores:

1. Blue: azul
2. Yellow: amarillo          

   

   red/yellow/green/blue/purple

3. Green: verde
4. Red: rojo
5. Orange: naranjo
6. Purple: morado

Ahora les haré una pequeña introducción sobre la nueva unidad de "Animals". En la primera parte se enseñará los siguientes animales:

Alligator

1. Alligator: Cocodrilo
2. Dog: Perro                     
3. Owl: Buho
4. Cat: Gato
5. Iguana: Iguana
6. Rabbit: Conejo

Dragon Ball..!!

I remember when I was a child, with my brother and I saw “Dragon Ball”, “Dragon Ball Z” and “Dragon Ball GT”. We always saw it after school.

I was..may be, 10 or 12..I don’t remember and my brother was 7 or 9 years. We always saw all the chapters and all Dragon Ball movies. We know the name of all characters and his or her powers or skills, and who was the bad boy or girl and who was the good person.

The best thing about it..apart of the series, it was the time that spent  together. We played representing the characters and we created situation and..just played with our friends.

I always remembered this series with love because I saw it with my brother and, sometimes, with friends..but it was amazing because we were punctual to see it in “ETC” channel..

I saw other series, but I don’t remember so much about it or I didn’t like as Dragon Ball. I can say that another series that I saw was “Sailor Moon” and..obviously, I represented “Serena” the principal character.

I remember too that I was in love of “Gohan” xD and I was so angry when he got married with “Videl” Santan’s daughter.

I love him! <3

I’m so proud to see an anime show..although, I like that style and in my childhood I was like an “Otaku” style, but It was a short time xD..now I’m normal!! xD

I like that series and I will remember with love forever.

Technology!!

I like technology!!! But there are many things that a I don’t understand about some technological things like the difference between “LCD” and “Plasma” for me..is the same things! Both are television!! And do the same!

I like so much cell phone! I can say that is my favourite technological thing! My cell phone is like my best friends! Because my cell phone are with me all day and all night! And it sleep with me!, my cell phone wakes me up in the morning and it do everything that I need! (It would be wonderful if make me breakfast xD).

My last cell phone (that I use today) is “Galaxy mini” and is green!! It is too beautiful!..this cell phone was a gift to me from my father :D

I use mi cell phone all day, every minute and second, I can’t live without it because is like my life in a little gadget. I can’t live without my cell phone, I’m always with it and I use it as a clock, alarm clock, camera, even play some games like “Angry birds” ( I love that game xD) and..I have a lot of music on the phone!!

It is an excellent company to any place!! =)

I don’t have one favourite photo. Photos that I have meaning for me are about my family, but today I’m going to talk about many photos these have the same meaning..

Photos are about fantasy!, I don’t know who makes all these beautiful pictures, but I think that those people have a good imagination and..for me..make me feel that these places exists!!, I don’t know where or how, but somewhere in the Universe exist!..

Make me feel quiet, at peace, relaxed and make me feel that all evil doesn’t exist, it disappears I feel great!! It’s something that I can’t explain with words! >.<

I’m thinking, maybe doesn’t exists this perfect place, but in my dreams yes!..I dream with a utopian place where we can see the sun with Jupiter in the same sky! Or to see many moons in the nights! Or to see all those things that is impossible in the real life!

I’m a dreamy girl! And I really like so much these fantasy things like fairy, maybe it sounds something childish u.u but I would like to be a fairy xD! And live in that utopian place, where everything is too happy!

I hope these pictures show and understand why I like all these things. :P

Egypt!!!

Pyramids, El Cairo.

I always dreamed of studying archeology, but here in Chile is very difficult because that career is not here, I would have to travel far to study what I always liked, the country…and I always dreamed of visiting, working and living there, in Egypt.

I love this country because it is very mysterious and as I wrote in the previous post, it is interesting, mysterious, it has rich history and provide more stories to discover such as the Pharaohs, jewelry or gold things..find out more secrets of this culture so wonderful.

El Cairo

I would like to know important places like capital city “El Cairo”, the “Nile River” and “Alexandria”. These places are famous as the pyramids, the ancient civilization (since 4000 BC) and its monuments as the “Great Sphinx”.

Egypt is located in the northeast of Africa, is occupied, mostly by the “Sahara Desert”, which is crossed by the Nile River, which irrigates the only fertile land of the country.

The Nile River

The Nile River has always been very important for the survival of the people of Egypt.

I only interest this part of Egypt, I don’t interest the music style, typical food, politics, transportation, economy or things like that..only I’m interested in culture, language and hieroglyphics, nothing more.

I also, I would like to continue studying there and work and, obviously, live in that country. I dreamed that I traveled to there and I stay to live there. That’s my dream and I hope to get it one day!! >.<

I love Egypt! and it’s interesting culture!.

Egyptian Mythology!! Cats!

I love Egyptian Mythology because it is so interesting and mysterious; we can see the great cult of death, pyramids, pharaohs, iconography, half-animal gods half person, the intellectual advances in areas such as mathematics or the subject of embalming. All these things and more is so marvelous if we think in the year that they were living.

In old Egypt, the animals were represented   in paintings, prints and sculptures, symbolizing the power of the animal. One of the signs that show the big interest in animals is the fact that gods are half person and half animal in most of time.

The animals were surrendered more cult were the cat, the crocodile and the beetle. I'll talk about the cat, because I love this animal and I think that the cat has a mysterious story that makes it so interesting!!

I’ll talk about a female god, her name is Bast. She is a goddess of the Egyptian mythology that is identified with the figure of the cats. Many times, she is represented with woman’s body and cat head or simply as a cat.

She embodies the feminine and she is the goddess of the happiness music, besides being the employer of the home. She is associates with the moon and she protected the births and pregnant of illnesses and bad spirits. Also, she symbolizes the fertility and feminine virtues.

Her representation of a cat is incredible because, for cat nature is a big animal of fertility and a protective mother of her puppies. 

If someone accidentally killed a cat, they were punished with the death. The cats that died were embalmed and sent to a cementery.
